All standard installations are carried out by fully NZ-trained, qualified, and registered tradespeople. Relevant Gas Safety Certificates (GSC) and Electrical Certificates of Compliance (CoC / ESC) are issued for all applicable installations.
What Standard Like-for-Like Installation Means:
Included: Delivery, positioning, levelling, securing, connecting to existing compliant utilities, testing, commissioning, and optional removal/disposal of your old like-for-like unit.
Excluded: Cabinetry alterations, benchtop cutting or enlargements, switchboard upgrades, running new wiring runs, plumbing/drainage alterations, ducting/venting modifications, and structural or decorative repairs.
Replacement Unit Rating: The new replacement appliance must have an electrical wattage/amperage rating or gas MJ/h consumption rating that is identical or equivalent to the unit being replaced. Upgrades to higher-draw appliances (e.g. switching from a low-draw standard ceramic cooktop to a high-capacity induction cooktop) that exceed existing circuit, breaker, or cable capacities are not covered by standard installation and will require additional circuit upgrade works quoted separately.
Indicative Rates for Common Non-Standard Remediation:
Any additional work identified on site that falls outside the standard scope will be quoted transparently prior to work commencing.
Replacement single oven/hob switch: $65.00 incl. GST
Replacement double oven/hob switch: $85.00 incl. GST
Faulty or incorrect specification circuit breaker replacement: $75.00 incl. GST
Full replacement of damaged oven connection (socket and cord set): $265.00 incl. GST
EV Charger cable runs exceeding 5 metres: $50.00 incl. GST per additional metre
